Both the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (“IPCC”) and U.S. Fourth National Assessment (“NCA”) recently sounded alarm climate change’s “super-wicked” destabilizing security impacts. Scientists professionals alike reaffirm what we are witnessing with our own eyes: earth warming at a rapid rate; change affects international peace in complex ways; window for action slamming shut.
